The towns and the province of Reggio Emilia will present till 2009 a diversified series of events dedicated to Canossa family and especially to the Countess Matilda.
In particular, from 31st August 2008 to 11th January 2009, you can enjoy a very wide-ranging international exhibition: “Matilde e il tesoro dei Canossa, tra castelli e città” (Matilda and the Treasure of Canossa among Castles and Towns). All along this period you can visit the territory discovering the landscape, the cultural and enogastronomic “treasures” of our lands and appreciating the warm and generous welcome we can offer you.  

In occasion of this important event, our tourist operators prepared a complete series of travel proposals created to satisfy all different needs and requests by tourists, who want to visit, besides the above mentioned exhibition, also these lands rich in history.
